First we want you to sign in (if you don’t have an account yet be sure to create one, this will keep you up to date on all the gossip).
Once you are signed in you will be able to click the “Book a Bike” button on pretty much any page throughout this website. This will get you started in the right direction to securing your spot in class. If you do not already have a series or a class purchased it will prompt you to do so. It will then take you to the map of the room where you will want to pick which seat is perfect for your peach. If you have any questions or need help on what bike may be best for you do not hesitate to reach out to us and we can walk you through everything.
We will be there to help you the moment you step through our doors (don’t worry we won’t be annoying). We will have you check in at the front desk and if you still need to book a bike we will get you all set up. Before we let you loose (this won’t be the last time you see us) we will be get you squared away with anything else you may need (water, shoes, hair ties, gum, a towel and always good vibes). You will have some time to put your personal belongings in one of our lockers and feel free to check out our spa like locker rooms. Doors to the studio will open about 10 minutes before class begins (and don’t worry we will be there to get you set and ready). Door will close promptly at class time. If you are running late, we get it… but once class has begun we do not allow anyone to jump into class 5 minutes after the start time due to safety reasons. Finally, it’s go time.Time to dance your butt off on the bike and forget everything outside the studio and just ride.
Athletic clothes will do the trick. We want you to wear whatever you feel comfortable in. Don’t forget your socks and maybe even a sweat band because we know you will get after it. You can bring your own water but we do offer water to purchase. If you have your own spin shoes feel free to bring those (we use SPD style clips) but if not you can rent a pair of ours for $3.
[Note: all riders are required to wear spin shoes and clip in… don’t be nervous about this, we got you.]
A killer workout and a serious good time.
No but really, we want you to just follow one rule, show up and be your best. Our athletes (the instructor) will do all the thinking and coach you on exactly what to do. Each class will be 40/45 minutes and will have one track that will work our upper bodies with small hand weights.
We ride to the beat of the music, we hoot, we holler, we encourage one another. There is no right or wrong way to do things here… its just all about giving your best and feeling all the good vibes.
We want you to soak up all the vibes. Feel free to check out the locker rooms, shower or just freshen up (we will provide all the goodies). Take a peak at all the new resistance gear and sport it around town (bragging how awesome you are while wearing is encouraged). Most importantly, take all the good vibes from the studio out in to the world. We are excited to see you again so let us know if you are ready to book your next class, we will get you all set to go.
